Food is delicious. Staff was right there when you need something and the chefs are very kid friendly and entertaining!!Wonderful addition to the Glenmont neighborhood.

What fun! Brought a good friend for her Hibachi birthday dinner and it was great. The food was excellent and the service outstanding. And you can't beat the grill show 😉 Highly recommend this restaurant for a pleasant night out.

Pretty good food and service. The best in town. I had hibachi only so I can't comment on the sushi. I would definitely recommend over shogun.

Had a family party here and found the food to be very good as well as their entertainment definitely a place to stop in and enjoy.

Decor was bright, clean and inviting. Hospitality was very friendly and attentive. Dishes we ordered were amazingly fresh, very flavorful and beautifully presented. Can't wait to go again!

Lunch shrimp hibachi! It came with fried rice, grilled veggies, and choice of soup or salad. The portions are huge and so good. This place never disappoints.

My husband and I want on Sunday night. We were impressed by the staff, willingness to help us with our menu selections and it was a friendly atmosphere. We will making another visit to AKIRA!!
